Hello everyone! I'm still buzzing from our conversation with death doula and NYTimes Bestselling Author Alua Arthur last week in the Elevate with the Collective Speaker Series. COMING UP: "What is happening?!?!" is at the end of the month. This is an intro to this time in women's lives when we're either entering perimenopause (It starts earlier than you think! Are you around 30? You should come to this too!) or we're in menopause. In this session, we'll normalize changes that a woman goes through as we enter the years that make up our middle essence. I'll give you three things you can do for yourself that you can start immediately that will help. And we'll have time for Q & A! Kyona and I are enrolling now for the next session of Earth Medicine Apothecary which begins next week on October 15 at 4:30 pm PT. In this program for women, we will have time to talk about perimenopause and menopause, learn about the earth medicines psilocybin and cannabis, and have the opportunity to microdose if you so choose. Each week we will have self care rituals ranging from yoga to hypnosis, Ayurvedic daily practices to chakra meditations as a part of our meeting. Included in this program is an individual session with Kyona for Ayurvedic constitution and one with Alex for intention setting. We also offer an online community on Mighty Networks.
